Slide the Sock-EEZ down between your stocking and your calf until it reaches your heel. Your stocking will roll down as you are sliding in the Sock-EEZ.
When the roll has reached your ankle, either continue on sliding the Sock-EEZ or simply take a hold of the "roll" and pull it over your heel.

I am a heavy person and it is very difficult for me to reach my feet so I dread the time of day when I have to put my socks on and take them off. I'm fortunate in a way as I live by myself so nobody can see me going through the contortions I have to do on my couch to simply put them on! To make matters worse I now have to wear compression stockings which are impossible to put on and to take off! The putting them on by myself part I have a handle on but that is another product review.
I found this product to be a life saver for taking my compression stockings off! It took a few tries to figure it out - the clue is to make sure when you get towards your calf area to guide the tool over the heel of your foot. This makes it very easy to remove the stocking. I would recommend this product to anyone who wears compression stockings - or other hard to reach stockings/socks for that matter.

I have worn compression stockings for years. I use donners to help get them on since I can not bend far enough to do it without a self help device. However, getting the stockings off at night has always been a hugh problem. Once I actually had to cut a pair off! What a waste of money that was.
This device is the first I have seen on the market which helps a person get the compression stocking off your legs without ripping the stocking or hurting your legs. It takes a little practice to use it correctly, however, the directions are fairly good. A few days after starting to use it, I don't ever want to be without it. I would strongly recommend it to anybody who wears compression stockings, especially the firm ones, and who does not have the ability to bend over very far and who does not have another person to help pull the stockings off.

The sock eez works very well. Before I got the sock eez I put on my first pair of knee hi compression stockings. I was so worried about getting the stockings on. That was easy compared to trying to get them off. I ended up cutting the stockings off. Then I ordered the sock eez. It was bigger than I expected & worked very well. I am elderly but I was able to slip the sock eez under the stocking while sitting in a chair. One push got the stocking to my ankle. Then I slipped it in again to get it off my foot.
This is a great product.
