Excellent therapy deviceJun 07, 2009 We bought this device on advice from a physical therapist who uses one in her professional practice.
The unit was very inexpensive and the supplier delivered in just a day or two.
Works WellMay 23, 2009 I have frozen shoulder syndrome in both shoulders, and this over the door pulley has helped a lot. I recommend it to anyone who needs to exercise their shoulders.
Interesting productFeb 24, 2009 Understand you get exactly what you see in the picture and no more. It's pretty good to get you started, but I'm trying to figure out a way to add some weight to it. Other than that, it's fine.
Great quality, but didn't work well in my home.Aug 02, 2008 This is a very good quality pulley set. I purchased it for stretching my shoulders. The problem is that I discovered that I don't really have a door that I can put it on and leave it there without it being in the way. Also, given that residential doors are shorter than commercial building doors, you can't use it unless you sit on a low chair or stool.
Very useful for a broken elbowMar 10, 2007 I have a broken elbow. This pulley allows me to exercise and stretch my arm as often as I need to. PLUS, it is not very expensive and it is very convenient.
