 misrepresented return policyFeb 11, 2010
I purchased this elongated toilet seat rizer and installed. Instructions advise not to use if the fit isn't tight. It wasn't. I received the product one evening at 6 PM and called the store at 6:30 AM the following day.
Called to get a return number and was told this is a non-returnable item. This description doesn't say it is non-returnable.
The companies website return policy doesn't say it is non-returnable

Items not in orignal packaging, CPAP masks that fit Insurace has not been purchased. Items that have been used. Special Orders, custom wheelchairs, pillows, erection pumps, hygienic items, any custom made equipment, are not returnable.
I strongly feel the store misrepresented this product.

My husband's back problems have escalated to the point a toilet seat riser was necessary. We needed an elongated seat for our toilet, but elongated seats are still rare. This fits perfectly.It has arms which make pulling up and sitting down much easier. It is well made, easy to clean .Similar products were more expensive in local medical supply stores. Delivery was prompt. We highly recommend.
